Standard suspension bracket bases reserved on top for air suspension & mechanical suspension installation.
2. Drum Brake System
Equipped with large-size thick brake drum with excellent heat dissipation, avoiding thermal fading during long downhill continuous braking. Matched with automatic slack adjuster to compensate brake lining wear automatically and cut manual maintenance. Pre-installed brake pull springs & tie rods ensure even and gentle brake response for higher driving safety.
3. Hub & Load End
Multi-bolt reinforced hub flange provides uniform fastening force to prevent loosening at high speed. Thick dustproof hub cap with long-life pre-greased high-temperature bearings to reduce driving resistance. Standard 13-ton load capacity complies with domestic and European & American freight load standards.
4. Craftsmanship & Quality Control
Laser calibrated coaxiality for accurate left-right wheel parallelism to reduce uneven tire wear. Each axle comes with exclusive inspection nameplate & certificate marked with model, load and track width. Full pre-assembly inspection including braking, runout and load test before delivery.
