5m integrated complete tofu skin production line, composed of Model 50 curd mixing tank, Model 270 pouring host, Model 200 pneumatic pressing machine and double peeling unit. Made of full food-grade stainless steel with pneumatic timed auto pressing function. Only 1-2 workers are required for the whole line, delivering uniform-thickness tofu sheets with high output. Durable and easy to clean, ideal for mass production of thousand sheets & tofu skin in medium & small bean product factories.

Integrated Full-workflow Line Greatly Cuts Labor Cost
The whole equipment integrates 4 core processes: curd stirring, even slurry pouring forming, pneumatic dehydration pressing and double-layer auto peeling with seamless connection without intermediate transfer between separate machines.     Matched Model 200 pneumatic pressing unit with timing control system for freely adjustable pressure holding time. Even stable air pressure achieves sufficient uniform water removal to avoid soft broken sheets and greatly improve raw material output rate.

    The rear double peeling unit runs synchronously to automatically separate pressed dry tofu skin from cloth without manual peeling, reducing tearing loss and realizing continuous discharging to match the high-speed output of front pouring host.

    All tanks, forming grooves, pressing frames and peeling tables are integrally welded with food-grade 304 stainless steel.
