The whole machine realizes full-process automatic production with automatic tofu curd pouring and feeding, no manual repeated scooping needed. Four independent pneumatic pressing stations with electronic control panel to precisely adjust pressing pressure and feeding speed, freely control the thickness and compactness of dried tofu to meet different taste requirements. Equipped with automatic lifter and track circulation transfer system, the molds can be automatically pushed, lifted and demolded, eliminating heavy manual carrying work.

The whole machine is seamlessly welded with food-grade 304 stainless steel, smooth surface without sanitary dead corners, easy to clean with clean water, fully meet food production safety standards. Stable pneumatic pressing provides even pressure, making finished tofu neat in shape with uniform thickness and extremely low defective rate.

Four stations work synchronously in circulation, hourly output reaches 200-300kg, daily output over 3 tons. It is ideal for large-scale bean product factories, food supply chain enterprises and central kitchens. By replacing matching molds, it can produce thick spiced tofu, thin tofu sheets, orchid tofu blanks, five-spice dried tofu and other shaped bean products.
