It adopts full solid steel construction with a maximum load capacity of 80 tons and a total cargo volume of 45 cubic meters. The overall dimension reaches 11000×2550×3800mm, while the inner cargo box size is 10000×2460×1800mm. Its wheel base ranges from 7000mm to 8000mm with a standard 1820mm tread, and it is designed as a rear-tipping self-dumping van-type structure specialized for bulk material transportation
 Core Chassis, Suspension & Hydraulic System
This trailer is equipped with 4 axles with optional FUWA or BPW brands, matched with 16 heavy-duty tires and standard ABS anti-lock braking system to guarantee safe driving under full load. It features cross arm type composite suspension integrating air suspension and leaf spring, which balances shock absorption and load-bearing performance for rough mine and construction roads. The lifting system adopts well-known Hyva hydraulic cylinder, delivering stable and powerful tipping force for quick unloading of sand, stone, ore and construction waste. It also configures Jost bolt-in kingpin (2-inch or 3.5-inch optional) and Jost A400 landing gear for reliable connection and independent parking support
