Basic Parameters & Tank Body
This 55 cbm oil tanker semi-trailer is designed for liquid fuel transportation, with overall outer dimensions 13200mm×2500mm×3900mm and a tare weight of approximately 11000 KG. The tank body adopts durable Q235 steel material, divided into 5 independent separated compartments to transport different oil products separately. The tank shell thickness reaches 5mm and end plates are thickened to 6mm, greatly improving structural strength and leak-proof performance during transit.
Running Gear & Suspension System
The chassis is configured with four 13-ton Zhengyang brand axles, matched with 16 pieces of Triangle 12R22.5 tires for stable heavy-load driving. It is equipped with leaf spring mechanical suspension composed of 10 layers of leaf springs, each 90mm in width and 13mm in thickness. This heavy-duty suspension structure can well adapt to various complex road conditions and effectively buffer bumps during long-distance oil delivery.
Standard Safety & Discharge Accessories
A full set of professional supporting accessories is fully equipped for safe operation. It contains two 8kg fire extinguishers with storage boxes, two pieces of 6-meter-long 3-inch rubber discharge hoses with dedicated hose carriers, plus two standard PVC rubber hose containers. There is one locked steel valve box for centralized pipeline control, together with a standard climbing ladder for convenient tank inspection and maintenance.
Protective & Auxiliary Fittings
The trailer is fitted with complete side guards, rear guards and mud guards, plus an anti-static device to eliminate static risks when transporting flammable oil. The whole vehicle adopts energy-saving LED lighting system to guarantee visibility during night driving. All protective fittings and multi-compartment tank layout jointly build a secure, practical and high-efficiency liquid oil transport solution for global logistics clients.
