I. Characteristics and Scope of Application
The LY series fully automatic horizontal hydraulic baler is versatile, suitable for compressing various types of waste materials from factories, such as cardboard boxes, plastic films, woven bags, and other industries, to reduce their volume, making storage and transportation more convenient, thereby significantly lowering costs and labor costs.
II. Working Principle
The equipment employs a hydraulic transmission system, and the workflow is as follows:
1. Power Supply: An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy.
2. Pressure transmission: High-pressure hydraulic fluid, after being adjusted by a control valve, enters the hydraulic cylinder.
3. Compression operation: Hydraulic fluid pushes the piston, which in turn moves the trolley, applying pressure to the material.
4. Reset complete: After the material has been compressed and formed, the control valve is switched, the trolley is reset, and the packaging cycle is completed.
The entire packaging process consists of auxiliary times such as bag compression, return travel, automatic threading, automatic twisting of threads, and automatic cutting of threads, enabling fully automated operation.
