The whole machine is integrally formed of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Extra-large conical feeding hopper ensures smooth falling of meat paste without bridging blockage. Built-in vacuum vane pump extracts air while filling, eliminating air bubbles inside casings for compact texture, longer shelf life and no hollow layering.

Equipped with color touch PLC screen, one-click setting of filling weight, speed and single length, measurement accuracy ±1g. Built-in program memory function to store parameters of different products, easy operation for new workers and standardized production.
3. Multi-product Processing Compatibility
Process ham sausage, red sausage, corn hot dog, mini sausage, beef ball filling, luncheon meat, preserved sausage etc. Compatible with collagen casing, plastic casing and natural hog casing. Can be matched with linking twister, wire tying machine and smoke oven to form complete sausage production line.
4. Cleaning & Safety Design
No sanitary dead corners on machine body, pump and hopper are detachable for water washing. Emergency stop button and automatic overload power-off protection are equipped, fully meet SC food workshop hygiene & safety standards.
