All-in-one full stainless steel tofu production line integrating Model 150 soybean grinding, Model 60 electric heating slurry boiling, automatic slurry pumping and double-station pneumatic pressing. It supports simultaneous grinding and boiling with separate temperature control, dual frames for synchronous forming, capable of making soft tofu and dried tofu. Compact footprint, one-stop bean processing machine for small & medium workshops.

  • Integrated Grinding & Boiling, Double Efficiency with Simultaneous Processing
    The left side integrates Model 150 high-efficiency grinder and Model 60 electric heating boiling tank, realizing seamless connection of grinding and boiling. Raw slurry can be ground and heated at the same time without intermediate storage, shortening processing time and greatly increasing daily soybean throughput.
  • Separated Electric Temperature Control, Anti-scorch & Precise Heating
    Equipped with 18kw split electric heating cabinet, boiling temperature can be adjusted independently. Segmented temperature control prevents slurry scorching at the bottom, fully removes beany odor during boiling and delivers evenly cooked slurry for tender tasty tofu.
  • Automatic Slurry Transfer Pump, Labor Saving & Less Waste
    Matched with 1.5kw dedicated slurry pump, cooked slurry can be automatically delivered to the right forming station with one click. No manual bucket lifting, reducing labor intensity and slurry spillage to keep workshop clean.
  • Double-station Pneumatic Pressing, Dual-purpose for Tofu & Dried Tofu
    Two sets of 80# air cylinder pressing units on the right with two 43*43cm frames working synchronously. Switch molding frames to produce different products: shallow frames for soft tofu, heightened frames for dried tofu. Stable air pressure ensures even dehydration and neat block shape.
  • Full Food-grade Stainless Steel Construction, Easy Cleaning & Maintenance
    Frame, tanks and pipelines are all integrally welded with 304 stainless steel, smooth surface without residue dead corners, quick water washing after production. Corrosion-resistant and bacteria-proof, fully compliant with food production sanitation standards.
  • Centralized Simple Electric Control, Easy Operation for New Operators
    Central control panel integrates all function buttons for grinding, heating, pumping and pressing with independent start/stop for each process. Simple operation logic requires no professional training, one worker can finish the whole procedure from soaked soybean to finished tofu.

    Family bean workshops, market tofu stalls and small bean product factories, suitable for daily output of several hundred to thousands jin of tofu. Can work standalone or connect with bean feeding, cutting and marinating machines to form complete production line.
  • Operation Notes
    The pressing section is pneumatic, air compressor is required for operation; the electric heating model needs 380V three-phase industrial power supply; customized heightened 43*43cm frames are available for thick dried tofu production.
