By adding a certain amount of suspended biological carriers to the reactor, increasing aeration and stirring under natural conditions, the nutrients in the aquaculture water, functional nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and other active microorganisms are gradually enriched on the surface of the filler. The active biofilm formed by enrichment metabolizes and decomposes nutrients such as C, N and P in the water through its own biochemical reaction, so as to realize the transformation of free ammonia nitrogen and nitrite which are toxic and harmful to the cultured object into non-toxic nitrate and nitrogen, thus ensuring the continuous purification and regeneration of the cultured water.
