CATERPILLAR 320D2L Remanufactured Crawler Excavator

The remanufactured CATERPILLAR 320D2L crawler excavator is a versatile medium-duty machine suitable for urban earthmoving, road breaking, river dredging, building foundation construction and small mining operations. Its overall dimension can be slightly adjusted to adapt to narrow urban construction sites.
It adopts original CAT ACERT diesel engine with mature fuel control technology, balancing strong power output and low fuel consumption, capable of long-hour continuous medium-load construction. The lengthened standard steel track chassis features reinforced four-wheel-one-belt structure, uniform ground pressure distribution to avoid slipping and sinking on gravel, muddy and soft ground.
Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV and Euro V emission versions are optional to meet machinery import and exhaust inspection standards of Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other overseas regions. The factory-standard enclosed shock-absorbing cabin is equipped with full panoramic glass for wide vision, ergonomic control joysticks to reduce long-operation fatigue; right-hand drive modification is supported for countries with reverse traffic rules.
Every unit undergoes strict remanufacturing procedures: all seals, hydraulic hoses, filters, bearings and rubber wearing parts are replaced with brand-new spare parts. Core components including engine, main hydraulic pump, distribution valve, travel and swing motors are fully disassembled, inspected and maintained, all worn-out fittings replaced with high-quality matching accessories. The main frame is calibrated and reinforced, then processed with sandblasting rust removal and full original CAT yellow repainting. Compared with ordinary second-hand excavators, this remanufactured unit features sensitive hydraulic response, longer service life and far lower breakdown frequency. Custom body colors such as red, orange and gray are available besides standard CAT yellow.
