This heavy-duty truck clutch disc adopts thick high-temperature resistant woven friction lining with stable friction coefficient, no slipping or burning under heavy load and frequent starting conditions. Multi-group shock absorbing springs are built into central hub to buffer start and shift impact, reducing wear of gearbox and transmission system. Complete inner spline specifications fit all kinds of engineering tippers and long-distance tractor trucks, matched with corresponding clutch pressure plate as full set. Friction lining thickness, outer diameter and spline teeth quantity can be customized by vehicle model.   • Clutch driven disc is the core wearing part of heavy truck transmission system, working together with clutch pressure plate to control engine power separation and combination, directly affecting vehicle starting and shifting smoothness, widely matched with mine tippers and long-distance highway tractors.
  • Friction Lining Process: High-strength copper wire woven composite friction material, integrally thick pressed, withstand temperature over 350℃, no rapid burning under frequent ramp start and heavy climbing in mines.
