Crawler self-propelled harvesting & baling all-in-one machine is equipped with independent power system and crawler walking chassis, which can complete field operations without tractor traction. The machine integrates harvesting & picking, crushing & kneading, screw conveying, high-pressure hydraulic compression, automatic net/rope tying and automatic finished bale ejection. It adapts to mountains, hills, small plots and large farmlands to realize on-site straw recycling and baling without multiple transfer procedures. It is the preferred equipment for straw resource utilization of large growers, agricultural cooperatives and straw recycling enterprises.   • Independent crawler self-propelled chassis, free from tractor traction restriction
    The machine is equipped with complete built-in independent power system and crawler walking chassis, which can work in fields without tractor matching. The crawler has large ground contact area to avoid slipping and sinking on mountains, hills and muddy small terraced plots, completely solving the pain points of traditional trailed straw machines relying on tractors and failing to operate on complex terrain.
  • Integrated six-process fully automatic continuous operation without manual transfer
    The front header synchronously completes straw harvesting or picking. Materials enter the crushing & kneading unit for fine processing, then evenly fed into high-pressure compression chamber via screw conveyor. The hydraulic system compresses straw into shape, automatically finishes net wrapping or rope tying, and finally the ejection device drops bales automatically. The whole process runs continuously without manual intermediate intervention, only one operator is required for the whole machine control.
  • On-site recycling & baling greatly cuts labor and yard cost
    All procedures of straw harvesting, crushing, compression and baling are completed at one time in the field, eliminating separate steps of pre-harvest stacking, short-distance transfer and secondary baling, as well as air-drying, loading, unloading and intermediate storage. It saves a lot of labor, transportation and yard cost. Fresh straw is baled directly for better silage fermentation quality.
