Zhongyunwei ZYW5071TSL6EQ Dongfeng D6 National VI wet road sweeper refitted on Dongfeng Class II chassis with 3308mm wheelbase. It has 2.8m cleaning width integrating sweeping, vacuuming and water spray dust suppression with 30,000 ㎡/h working efficiency. Adopting mid four brushes & rear suction nozzle dust control design, it applies to municipal roads, factories and parks. Factory price 150,000 RMB, customizable, 12-month warranty for upper body.

  • Overall Vehicle Structure
    The vehicle is refitted on Dongfeng Dolica Fulika National VI diesel Class II chassis with 3308mm wheelbase. It is equipped with independent auxiliary engine, high-power fan, clean water tank, large-capacity garbage bin, left & right vertical sweeping brushes, rear suction nozzle, brush spray dust suppression system, complete hydraulic system, electric control assembly and reinforced sub-frame. It can finish sweeping, vacuuming and watering simultaneously, replacing multiple sanitation machines and cutting labor costs greatly.
  • Cleaning Working Function
    It is an integrated wet sweeping & vacuum vehicle with classic mid-mounted four vertical brushes and rear suction nozzle structure. During operation, brushes gather fallen leaves, gravel, silt and dust inward, and the bottom negative-pressure suction nozzle collects waste synchronously. The rear suction nozzle has 3 groups of height-adjustable wheels to adapt to uneven roads and keep stable suction gap for better cleaning effect. Water pipes above the nozzle provide secondary dust suppression, and optional front & rear atomizing devices eliminate secondary dust pollution and wash road curbs.
  • Core Component Configuration
    Auxiliary engine and fan are key cleaning parts. Equipped with 57kw Jiangling auxiliary engine and automatic clutch to reduce impact during fan start and stop, featuring low noise, low fuel consumption and high wear resistance. Original Sanyo cycloid motors drive sweeping brushes with stable performance, low failure rate and long service life. The integrated solenoid valve group of hydraulic system controls lifting of brushes and suction nozzles, garbage bin tipping and rear door opening/closing, with dust-proof cover. Imported 12V/24V electromagnetic water pump supplies continuous spray to restrain dust. Integrated Siemens control switches from Germany are installed in cab for centralized electro-hydraulic operation, single person can complete all cleaning work. Multiple National VI diesel main engines are optional for legal registration nationwide.
