Zhongyunwei ZYW5183GPSDF6 Dongfeng Kinland National VI green sprinkler truck with 18-ton total mass and 11.7 cubic meters large water tank.   • Vehicle Chassis Configuration
    Adopt Dongfeng Kinland DFH1180EX8 Class II cargo chassis with National VI diesel emission standard. Multiple high-power engines of Cummins and Dongfeng self-developed are optional. 6-wheel heavy load design with tire size 10.00R20 / 275/80R22.5, suitable for complex roads of urban areas, parks and construction sites. Multiple wheelbases of 3950/4500/4700mm are available. Overall dimension ranges from 7900-8650×2500×3200-3360mm, total mass 18000kg, rated load over 10 tons for large water carrying capacity and long continuous operation. Side and rear guards are made of Q235 steel fixed by bolts for stable driving safety.
  • Water Tank Superstructure
    The tank has an effective volume of 11.7m³, made of thickened steel plate with 4mm bottom thickness and 3mm side thickness, anti-rust & anti-corrosion treatment optional. Multi-spec elliptical tank with built-in anti-wave baffles to avoid water shaking during driving and prevent deformation. Equipped with self-priming high-pressure water pump with max suction depth ≥7m, easy clutch power take-off control to switch pump on/off when engine running.
  • Full Multifunctional Spraying System
    Four independent water spraying channels with separate switch control for each nozzle:
    ① Dual front flushing nozzles, 14m flushing width for double sides, single side flushing distance 7m to wash road silt powerfully;
    ② Dual rear sprinklers at vehicle tail with 15m full coverage width for uniform road dust suppression;
    ③ Duckbill side spray nozzles on both sides with 20m coverage for garden irrigation;
    ④ 360° rotatable rear high-pressure water cannon, pitching angle -15°~100°, adjustable jet modes including column, medium rain and mist, max range 25-30m for long-distance dust reduction, irrigation and pesticide spraying. Optional fog cannon on rear platform for enhanced construction dust control.
