Our 20ft+40ft superlink flatbed semi-trailer is a heavy-duty combined transport trailer specially designed for long-distance cross-border logistics. The whole vehicle is constructed from high-strength solid steel, with a maximum loading capacity up to 80 tons. It adopts integrated flatbed shape without self-dumping function, standard overall dimension of 202.51.55m. The superlink structure consists of a front 20ft small flatbed and a rear 40ft large flatbed connected by a standard coupling device, realizing flexible combined or split operation modes
Chassis, Tire & Braking Configuration
This trailer is equipped with durable leaf spring suspension, which delivers strong shock absorption performance and great adaptability to rough and bumpy roads in Africa and the Middle East. It matches 16 pieces of 12R22.5 standard heavy-duty tires to evenly disperse heavy cargo pressure and improve driving stability. The full set of ABS anti-lock braking system is installed as standard, effectively preventing wheel locking during emergency braking, reducing tire wear and greatly enhancing driving safety on long haul trips

The biggest highlight of the superlink design is that one single tractor can tow both sections at once to simultaneously carry one 20ft container and one 40ft container, doubling single-trip transport volume and cutting fuel consumption, labor and road toll costs significantly. When small batches of goods are transported, the two flatbeds can be separated and used independently to maximize tractor utilization. Besides, the trailer body color supports free customization to meet different fleet brand image demands, and multiple container twist locks are pre-installed on the deck for fixing containers, steel coils, construction machinery and other bulk cargoes
