Pneumatic cutting machine equipped with double air cylinders and double cutters, matched with belt conveyor and laser induction intelligent control system. The cutting stroke of cylinders is adjustable, capable of cutting bean products into multiple sizes at one time. Full stainless steel body delivers neat cutting without scraps, high automation, ideal for mass cutting of soft tofu, fragrant dried tofu and tofu sheets.

  • Double Cutter & Double Cylinder Design for Multi-size Synchronous Cutting
    Two independent pneumatic cutters allow separate adjustment of cutting gaps, finishing two different block sizes in one conveying cycle. The vertical cutting stroke of cylinders is stepless adjustable, compatible with thin tofu sheets, thick dried tofu and soft tofu, realizing multi-purpose with one machine.
  • Laser Induction Auto Start-Stop, Labor-saving High Automation
    Laser sensor installed at feeding section automatically triggers cutter pressing down when bean products arrive at cutting station, and resets to standby after materials pass. No manual button operation required, one worker can operate multiple machines to boost production capacity.
  • Stable Belt Conveying, Intact Finished Products Without Scraps
    Food-grade PU flat belt delivers stable conveying without shaking or sticking tofu blanks. Sharp stainless steel cutters cut vertically to form smooth neat cross-sections, avoiding edge scraps and improving finished product yield to reduce raw material waste.
  • Full Stainless Steel Frame, Sanitary & Easy Washing
    Frame, worktable and protective covers are all made of 304 stainless steel, waterproof and anti-corrosion. Smooth surface leaves no residue dead corners, quick water washing after production, fully meet food processing sanitation requirements.
  • Intelligent Touch Control Panel
    Equipped with PLC touch screen, cutting speed, cylinder pressing speed and induction delay time can be digitally adjusted. Simple operation with parameter memory function, no repeated debugging when switching product types.
