Product Overview
Electric linear actuator is an electromechanical device that converts motor rotary motion into linear reciprocating motion. Composed of motor, gearbox, screw, nut, push rod and limit switches, it realizes push, pull, lift, tilt and angle adjustment. It replaces traditional pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders with cleaner, more precise, energy-saving and easier maintenance.
2. Working Principle
Motor power on → Gear reduction & torque increase → Drive screw rotation → Nut linear movement → Push rod extension. Trapezoidal screw provides power-off self-locking; can be equipped with encoder for high-precision positioning.
