Full series excavator track adjuster recoil cylinder assembly with high-strength wear-resistant built-in spring, thick forged cylinder barrel and oil-resistant wear-proof oil seals. Compatible with all tonnage excavators of Komatsu, CAT, Hitachi, Doosan, Sany, XCMG. Available in black anti-corrosion finished cylinder and red spring versions, sold as single cylinder or full spring assembly, used for track tension adjustment and walking shock absorption, mass stock construction machinery undercarriage parts for export

  1. Thick forged cylinder body with long-term leak-proof sealing
    Cylinder barrel integrally forged from thick seamless steel tube, quenched & tempered piston rod with high hardness to resist impact deformation. Multi-layer oil-proof & dust-proof combined oil seals block sediment and hydraulic oil leakage, no pressure loss or oil leakage under long-term mine & muddy site operation, stably maintain track tension to prevent track jumping and derailment.

    Thickened manganese steel recoil spring with pre-compression fatigue test, lasting elasticity without fatigue or fracture.
