1. Heavy-duty FAW 6×4 National VI Chassis, Stable Load Bearing

Adopt FAW CA1250P66K2L7T1E6 6×4 tri-axle chassis, optional J6P / HanV wide half-row cabin equipped with airbag shock-absorbing seat, air conditioner, sleeper, power window and ABS brake system for comfortable long-distance operation. Powered by Xichai 320HP / Dachai 350HP National VI emission engine, matched with Fast 10-speed transmission with PTO. 7.5-ton front axle and dual 13-ton rear drive axles, 282mm double-layer reinforced frame provides excellent heavy-load capacity, adapting to complex urban and rural road conditions. 10 pieces of 12R22.5 vacuum tires with wear and explosion resistance.

2. 20-22m³ Thickened Carbon Steel Tank, Anti-corrosion & Anti-deformation

Cylindrical tank rolled from premium Q235 carbon steel, 6mm barrel plate and 8mm thickened end cap, with multiple internal anti-surge reinforcing ribs to reduce liquid sloshing during full-load transit and avoid tank cracking. 20-22 cubic meter large effective volume with 25-ton GVW, can transport about 10 tons of sludge, manure and septic tank sewage per trip, cutting transportation cycles and improving work efficiency.

3. High-flow High-vacuum Sewage Suction System, Powerful Suction Capacity

Equipped with Model 258 circulating water vacuum pump or imported Italy JUROP PVT400 pump, ultimate vacuum degree reaches -0.095MPa, vertical suction lift up to 18m, air extraction flow 2600m³/h. It can rapidly extract septic tank sludge, river silt, construction mud and catering oily sewage. Standard 8-10m 6-inch wear-resistant steel wire suction hose with large diameter to avoid pipeline clogging, suitable for thick heavy waste suction work.

4. Double-top Hydraulic Tipping Quick-open Rear Cover, Complete Discharge

Two hydraulic lifting cylinders installed on tank with maximum tipping angle ≥45°. Hydraulic quick-open rear cover supports two discharge modes: 6-inch pneumatic side drain and full rear cover tipping discharge, completely unloading thick sludge and sediment without residue. Hydraulic system standard working pressure 16MPa ensures stable and smooth lifting without shaking.

5. Complete Safety Accessories for Controllable Operation

Standard fittings include sewage sight window, vacuum pressure gauge, water level audible-visual alarm, anti-overflow valve, water-oil separator to monitor waste volume inside tank in real time and prevent sewage backflow to damage vacuum pump. Supporting 6-inch quick connector, gravity valve and anti-slip safety ladder simplify pipeline disassembly and tank maintenance, eliminating hidden dangers under vacuum negative pressure operation.

6. Optional High-pressure Washing & Suction Integrated Upgrade

For pipeline dredging and sewer cleaning demands, optional 4-6m³ clean water tank, Pinfu 350L/min 200Bar high-pressure washing pump, 100m high-pressure hose reel and independent Weichai 460HP auxiliary engine for high-pressure circuit.
