1. Overall Structure

Model 2# 10000L stainless steel storage tank features double conical structure (conical top + conical bottom). The sealed conical top is reserved with flange for mixing motor installation; conical bottom enables full liquid discharge without residue. Cylinder diameter 2.2m, total tank height 3.1m, vertical floor-standing type with 3 thickened conical support legs for stable load-bearing, easy transportation and installation. Integrated safety climbing ladder welded on tank side for feeding, top inspection and equipment maintenance.

The whole tank is fully argon-arc welded with food-grade 304 stainless steel plate, internal & external mirror polishing, smooth welds without sanitary dead angle, fully comply with food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
