This production line can be used for the automated workflow of swaging/reducing → thread rolling, featuring diversified design solutions with various functions that can be flexibly combined according to your needs.


Specific Steps:




  1. Use an overhead crane to place bundled anchor bolts onto the conveyor chain of the feeding and ejecting machine.




  2. Manually control the conveyor chain to move the anchor bolts horizontally to the ejecting position.




  3. The operator sets the parameters and starts the equipment.




  4. The anchor bolt feeding and ejecting machine automatically ejects a single anchor bolt to the material waiting area of the swaging feeder. When the ejecting position has no material, the conveyor chain automatically moves forward.




  5. The swaging feeder works automatically: automatic vibration, automatic material loading, automatic turning, and automatic feeding to the designated position of the swaging machine.




  6. The swaging machine automatically performs swaging, automatically ejects the material to the designated position, automatically turns the material, and the chain conveyor transports it to the material waiting area of the thread rolling feeder.




  7. The thread rolling feeder works automatically: automatic material loading, automatic turning, and automatic feeding to the designated position of the thread rolling machine.




  8. The thread rolling machine automatically performs thread rolling, automatically ejects the material to the designated position, and automatically turns the material to the finished product rack.
