Users can freely set the required cutting length and quantity via the program, meeting the "customized" production needs of various anchor cable models. The equipment can cut anchor cables with diameters of 15.24mm, 17.8mm, 21.6mm, and 21.8mm, with lengths up to 12m (cutting tolerance complies with national standards of ±5cm; length can be customized), without the need to change transmission molds.


The production line can operate continuously without interruption. One machine can replace the workload of multiple workers, effectively helping coal mine support enterprises reduce labor costs and improve production safety.

  1. This equipment adopts new all-digital control technology, controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). It can realize automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic unloading with counting, while displaying the preset and completed cutting quantities via a text display.

  2. Signals are transmitted through proximity switches, ensuring small cutting tolerances.

  3. A feeding guide port is designed to make threading simpler and more convenient.

  4. Equipped with an automatic unloading function, which automatically releases the cut anchor cable strands.

  5. High material feed speed with continuous, uninterrupted feeding. Multiple control modes are available: manual, automatic, and remote control for start/stop operations.

  6. One operator can run multiple machines simultaneously, greatly improving work efficiency, reducing labor intensity, improving the working environment, increasing safety margins, and lowering production costs.

IV. Pay-off Reel (Accessory)

The pay-off reel serves to support the weight of the anchor cable coil and rotates to pay out the cable under the traction of the drive unit. The pay-off reel is designed with a top guard plate to prevent injury from cable strands springing back during operation.

Adopting all-digital control technology and controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), this equipment allows free setting of the cutting length and quantity of anchor cables, meeting the “customized” requirements for various types and specifications of anchor cables. During daily production, operators can choose from multiple working modes, including manual, automatic, and remote start/stop, to achieve a “one‑stop” cycle of automatic operation, feeding, cutting, unloading, and counting. This not only significantly reduces labor intensity and improves work efficiency, but also ensures a high level of safety and reliability.

In addition to its customization capability and remote start/stop function, the equipment is also equipped with photoelectric switches for signal transmission and a cutting disc detection feature, which effectively improves cutting accuracy and efficiency during production, leading to cost savings. Meanwhile, a fume extraction fan is installed inside the equipment enclosure, allowing the entire cutting process to be carried out in a sealed environment. The fan collects and captures the dust and fumes into a dust collection bag, effectively reducing dust pollution, improving the working environment, and providing strong protection for the health of the operators.
