JS380RT heavy-duty eagle beak hydraulic scrap shear has two installation options: stick mount (3800kg) and boom mount (4200kg). Max jaw opening 600mm, cutting depth 630mm, compatible with all 20~38 ton excavators. The whole body is welded with HARDOX wear-resistant steel plate, deep eagle beak cavity provides strong clamping force to prevent slipping materials. Driven by single large-bore hydraulic cylinder with super powerful cutting force. Mainly used for integral dismantling of scrap trucks & cars, thick scrap steel, I-beams, factory steel structures and thick rebar recycling. Custom connecting brackets fit Sany, LiuGong, Caterpillar, Komatsu and all other excavator brands, widely exported to scrap metal recycling & demolition projects in Central Asia and Africa.

Core Advantage Of Deep Eagle Beak Anti-slip Cavity
Unique 630mm extended deep eagle beak cutting cavity design provides larger clamping wrapping area than ordinary double cylinder shears. It firmly holds vehicle frames, thick I-beams and thick rebars without slipping or popping out, realizing complete one-time cutting and reducing repeated cutting procedures by half. 600mm wide jaw opening directly grips whole scrap truck girders without segmented cutting, doubling dismantling efficiency. The whole machine adopts imported HARDOX wear-resistant steel plate with excellent impact & abrasion resistance, no deformation or cracking under long-term high-intensity dismantling work.
Dual Mount Options Fit 20~38 Ton Excavators
Two installation modes for selection: Stick mount (3800kg) with flexible movement & fast slewing speed, suitable for narrow yards and small scrap car dismantling; Boom mount (4200kg) features stable gravity and larger cutting torque, matching 30+ ton large excavators for heavy truck & semi-trailer girder cutting. Custom connecting lugs fit LiuGong, Sany, Caterpillar, Komatsu and all other excavator brands, no modification to excavator hydraulic circuits required, installation & debugging finished within one day.
Powerful Single Large-bore Hydraulic Driving
Built-in long-stroke heavy hydraulic cylinder with enlarged bore and sufficient thrust, one-time cutting for steel plates over 16mm thick and heavy truck longitudinal girders. Imported dust-proof high-pressure oil seals equipped on cylinder prevent oil leakage under long-term dusty harsh conditions of scrap yards and mines. Built-in buffer valve in hydraulic circuit automatically releases pressure under overload to protect cylinder and excavator main pump, extending service life.
