Structure & Working Principle

The rotary dryer mainly consists of a rotating cylinder, lifting flights, riding wheel device, transmission device, sealing device, feeding/discharging device, and hot blast stove. Wet materials enter the inclined cylinder from the feed end. Driven by the rotating cylinder and lifting flights, the materials are continuously lifted and moved forward, fully contacting with the hot air flow inside the cylinder to complete heat and mass transfer, with moisture evaporating rapidly and dry materials discharged from the discharge end. Both co-current and counter-current drying processes are optional according to material characteristics, ensuring uniform drying and high efficiency.
