The JP16 High Spray Foam Fire Truck is a premium heavy-duty fire fighting and rescue vehicle, professionally produced by Shenyang Jietong Fire Co., Ltd. and delivered in brand new condition with zero working hours. This model integrates water and foam dual fire extinguishing functions, equipped with a long folding boom and wireless remote-controlled fire monitor, designed to handle high-rise fires, petrochemical fires, industrial fire accidents and professional fire training. It complies with international fire safety standards, featuring stable performance, long spraying range and high safety, making it a top choice for industrial fire protection, emergency rescue and professional training institutions.

Chassis & Power Performance

This fire truck adopts a heavy-duty Sinotruk Howo 6x4 (rear eight-wheel) chassis, matched with a powerful 310HP inter-cooled turbocharged engine that delivers strong and stable power output, excellent climbing capacity and long-distance endurance, suitable for emergency dispatch and complex road conditions. It is paired with a Shanxi Fast 10-speed high & low speed gearbox for smooth gear shifting and flexible speed adjustment, alongside ST16 double-stage reduction drive axle to enhance load-bearing and driving stability. The chassis is equipped with air brake with ABS anti-lock braking system, hydraulic power steering, 1200/20 heavy-duty steel radial tires and electric windows, perfectly combining driving safety, stability and operational comfort.

Fire Protection System & Core Equipment

The vehicle features a split dual-tank system with a 10m³ water tank and 2m³ foam tank, supporting both water and foam fire extinguishing modes to tackle different fire types, especially oil, chemical and solid material fires. It is fitted with a high-performance Aerospace CB12/60-TB fire pump with a flow rate of 60L/S and working pressure of 1.2Mpa, ensuring stable pressure and efficient fire fighting. The water absorption system supports a maximum water absorption depth of 8 meters, configured with 4 pieces of 80mm low-pressure water outlets and 2 pieces of 80mm water injection ports, enabling fast water injection and multi-point simultaneous fire fighting operations.

Boom, Monitor & Safety Control System

The truck is equipped with a 16-meter two-section folding boom, controlled by an automatic amplitude limiting system to lock the maximum operating range and avoid over-limit risks, ensuring stable and safe boom movement. It comes with an American Elk 100-meter wireless remote control fire monitor, allowing long-distance remote operation to protect personnel safety in high-risk fire scenarios. The fire monitor boasts a powerful jet range: water range ≥75 meters, foam range ≥65 meters, with a vehicle-mounted high-spray anti-sway system to keep the jet stable during operation, improving fire extinguishing accuracy and efficiency.

This fire truck is equipped with anoriginal Interstellar 24V warning light for clear emergency identification and smooth road passage.
