KM6 large-flow heavy-duty orbital hydraulic motor with 6-hole square flange & thick solid shaft, displacement 195–985ml/r. Continuous pressure 20.5MPa, intermittent peak pressure 31MPa, max intermittent torque 1885N·m, sustain continuous flow 150L/min. It features low speed & high torque, impact resistance and long service life, ideal for heavy hydraulic systems of large mixer trucks, mine winches and heavy drill rigs.

1. Structural & Craft Advantages

Integrated forged thick cast steel housing with enlarged 6-hole square flange for uniform load and strong bearing capacity. Thick solid heavy-duty output shaft resists large radial impact without torsion failure. Dual parallel rear oil ports support ultra-large flow with flexible pipeline layout. High-precision cycloid rotor pair delivers high volumetric efficiency and ultra-low internal leakage. Multi-layer high-pressure sealing assembly is dustproof, waterproof and slag resistant for stable long-term operation under harsh working conditions.

2. Core Heavy Load Performance

All displacements 195–495 support continuous 20.5MPa & intermittent peak 31MPa, leading high pressure performance in same category. Uniform continuous flow 150LPM, max intermittent peak flow 225LPM, perfectly matched with large high-pressure large-flow hydraulic pump stations. Smooth low-speed startup without stall for all models; model 985 reaches intermittent torque 1875N·m with sufficient power for heavy climbing and winch lifting. Bidirectional rotation by swapping oil ports, series & parallel mounting available for multi-motor synchronous drive.
