Product Overview

The Carrier Roller, also known as Top Roller or Upper Roller, is mounted on the upper section of the track frame of the Komatsu PC200-8 crawler excavator.

Unlike the lower track rollers, the carrier roller does not directly carry the full machine weight. Its primary function is to support and guide the upper track chain, helping maintain correct track alignment and reduce friction during travelling.

A properly functioning carrier roller helps:

• Keep the track chain correctly positioned
• Reduce track-chain drag
• Minimize vibration and abnormal noise
• Reduce unnecessary wear on the track chain
