This machine is equipped with the original Komatsu SAA6D114E six-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, delivering sufficient power and stable torque during heavy-duty digging, quarry loading and other harsh tasks. It adopts intelligent electronic fuel injection technology with an auto-idle function. The engine automatically reduces speed when idle, cutting fuel consumption and working noise, balancing powerful performance and fuel efficiency for long-hour continuous heavy construction.

Hydraulic Control System

It adopts Komatsu exclusive CLSS closed-center load-sensing hydraulic system, enabling smooth simultaneous multi-operation including lifting, digging, slewing and traveling without power loss. The hydraulic response is sensitive and precise with soft control feel to reduce operator fatigue after long shifts. The independent swing circuit guarantees steady rotation during loading, greatly improving efficiency for earthmoving and rock handling.

Durable Body & Undercarriage

The undercarriage features a thickened high-strength X-shaped load-bearing frame, wide and long wear-resistant tracks, chain links and drive sprockets, preventing slipping and abrasion on muddy, rocky and mining sites. The boom and arm are welded with high-tensile wear-resistant steel plates, with extra reinforcing plates at stress points. It has strong resistance to impact and bending, avoiding deformation or cracks during rock breaking and heavy digging, extending the overall service life.

Operator Cabin & Safety Features

The standard FOPS falling-object protective cabin has large panoramic tempered glass for full all-round visibility, improving safety at construction sites. Inside the cabin are shock-absorbing suspension seat, adjustable control levers and heating & cooling air conditioner. Excellent sealing and sound insulation isolate dust and noise. An emergency stop button is installed on the machine, and rear view monitoring is optional on some versions to fully protect operators.
