This mineral processing ball mill adopts horizontal rotary cylinder structure, composed of feeding end, rotary cylinder, discharging end, transmission gear system and driving motor:
  1. Efficient Ore Grinding Principle: Steel balls and ore inside cylinder produce impact, extrusion and friction force with cylinder rotation, grind coarse ore into fine powder for separation operation.
  2. Wear Resistant Protection: Whole cylinder lined with high manganese steel liner plate, strong anti-impact performance, extend service life under long-term ore grinding.
  3. Stable Heavy Load Drive: Large module driving gear with lubrication system, low failure rate under continuous 24-hour full load operation.
  4. Adjustable Grinding Fineness: Match different specification steel balls to control discharge particle fineness, meet different mineral separation process requirements.
  5. Complete Auxiliary Matching: Can be combined with jaw crusher, spiral classifier to form full closed-circuit grinding production line.
