Main Components

The grid-type support plate production line mainly consists of the following components: storage rack, leveling machine, feeder, press machine, die, finished product roller conveyor, and electrical control cabinet.

  1. Storage Rack: Holds the coil steel strip, which is fed out by the leveling machine.

  2. Leveling Machine: Uses leveling rollers to flatten the material and eliminate internal stress. It integrates both leveling and straightening functions into a single unit, significantly saving floor space.

  3. Feeder: Offers high feeding accuracy, with switchable manual/automatic modes and programmable feeding lengths.

  4. Die: An integrated output type that combines shearing, punching, and forming in one step.

  5. Press Machine: Customized according to the product specifications.

  6. Finished Product Roller Conveyor: Consists of roller mechanisms and a roller frame. The rollers are designed with a certain slope, allowing finished support plates to automatically roll out after being ejected.
