The DLR Series explosion-proof lithium battery monorail locomotive is a new-generation green auxiliary transportation equipment for mines. Powered by high-performance explosion-proof lithium batteries, it integrates permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency drive technology, an intelligent control system, and a hydraulic lifting system. Suitable for various complex working conditions, it not only improves transportation efficiency but also significantly reduces operating costs, representing a revolutionary upgrade in mining transportation equipment.

(1) High Efficiency & Energy Saving with Long Endurance

Large-capacity lithium battery pack: Equipped with high-energy-density lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries, offering long cycle life (≥3,000 cycles) and strong endurance. A single full charge supports 8–12 hours of continuous operation.
Fast charging technology: Supports 2–3 hour rapid charging, reducing equipment downtime and improving production efficiency.

(2) Energy Efficiency Innovation – Ultra-Efficient Integrated Drive Unit

The drive system adopts a permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency integrated motor, which deeply integrates power transmission, control, and energy management into a single unit, achieving a revolutionary "multi-functional" breakthrough. With a motor power of 8.4kW, it delivers lower power consumption, reduced current draw, and extended range.

(3) Ultra-High-Strength Tie Rods – Building a Transport Safety Fortress

Equipped with independently developed ultra-high-strength tie rods manufactured using advanced forging technology. Their tensile strength is twice that of traditional welded tie rods, enabling them to easily handle heavy-load transportation and complex working conditions.

(4) Rapid Braking System – Delivering a Zero-Risk Transport Experience

Braking performance is a key indicator of monorail locomotive safety. Our lithium battery monorail locomotive is equipped with an industry-leading rapid braking system, with a braking response time as low as 0.3 seconds – far below the 0.7 seconds required by the Safety Approval Center (MA standard).
