Product Overview

Mining resin anchoring agent is a two-component, paste-like adhesive material formulated with unsaturated polyester resin as the main component, combined with curing agents, accelerators, and other auxiliary materials in precise proportions. It is packaged in a sausage-shaped cartridge form using polyester film分隔 as a separator, serving as an important industrial anchoring engineering material. Its working principle is as follows: during rock bolt installation, the bolt shank pushes the cartridge to the bottom of the borehole and rotates to stir. The bolt ruptures the outer film of the cartridge, allowing the two components to mix. A chemical reaction occurs, rapidly curing to form a solid anchor that firmly bonds the rock bolt to the surrounding rock strata. This material is primarily used for coal mine roadway support, tunnel construction, building structure reinforcement, and equipment foundation fixing.

Product Functions

In coal mine roadways and underground mining projects, the resin anchoring agent is used in conjunction with rock bolts and anchor cables, serving as a key material for ensuring surrounding rock stability. Its core functions are as follows:

1. Bonding the Rock Bolt to the Surrounding Rock: Firmly bonds the rock bolt shank to the borehole wall, enabling the rock bolt to bear tensile forces and form an effective support system.

2. Achieving Full-Length Anchoring: Through mixing, the resin fills the entire borehole, achieving full-length bonding between the rock bolt and the surrounding rock. This ensures stress is uniformly distributed along the entire anchor rod length, eliminating stress concentration points and significantly enhancing the integrity and stability of the support system.

3. Load Transfer: Effectively transfers the pressure from the surrounding rock to the rock bolt, jointly resisting surrounding rock deformation and preventing roof separation, rib spalling, and floor heaving.

4. Sealing and Barrier Function: The cured resin effectively seals the borehole, preventing groundwater and harmful gas infiltration, protecting the rock bolt from corrosion, and extending the service life of the support system.

• Strong Adaptability: Suitable for various rock types including limestone, shale, sandstone, and siltstone; can anchor both steel and fiberglass rock bolts.

• Easy Operation: Cartridge-type design eliminates on-site mixing; automatically mixed during rock bolt rotation, facilitating mechanized and rapid construction.

• Corrosion Resistance and Sealing: Effectively seals the borehole after curing, preventing water and gas infiltration and protecting the rock bolt from corrosion.
