SRG21 self-propelled motor grader is a professional engineering equipment specially designed for road construction, site leveling and earthwork engineering. The power system is equipped with Cummins 6CTAA8.3-C215 in-line 6-cylinder four-stroke water-cooled direct injection engine, with a displacement of 8.3L, rated power of 160kW@2200rpm, maximum torque of 980N.m@1500rpm, and rated fuel consumption of 223g/kW.h. It has sufficient power, stable fuel consumption and high reliability, meeting the emission requirements of many countries. The transmission system adopts a fixed-axis electro-hydraulic control gearbox, matched with a single-stage single-phase three-element torque converter, with smooth shifting and high power transmission efficiency, which can easily handle heavy-duty operating conditions.
The walking system adopts a modular design. The rear axle is a planetary reduction structure equipped with a "no-Spin" anti-skid differential, which can automatically distribute the power of the left and right wheels to avoid slipping and getting stuck, and is suitable for complex roads such as mud and sand. The front axle supports ±16° swing and ±18° tilt, with 17.5-25PR12 tires, large minimum ground clearance, and trafficability far exceeding that of equipment of the same level. The maximum traction of the whole machine is 88kN, which can easily complete heavy earthwork pushing and subgrade shaping operations.
The control system adopts full hydraulic design, with dual pump oil supply (gear pump 32ml/r + piston pump 75ml/r). The hydraulic pressure of the working device is 18/24MPa, the steering system is 16.5MPa, and the brake system is 10MPa. The action response is fast, the control is precise and smooth, and even novices can get started quickly. The equipment is equipped with a 360L large-capacity fuel tank and 85L hydraulic oil tank, which has strong long-endurance operation capability and reduces frequent refueling shutdown time. The electrical system is equipped with 2×12V 105Ah batteries and 28V 70A alternator, with stable and reliable power supply.
The whole machine has a reasonable structural design and is easy to maintain.
