The multi-unit synchronized lift is an electromechanical integrated motion execution unit assembled with motors, reducers, steering gears and screw lifts via couplings and transmission shafts, which can achieve stable, synchronous and reciprocating lifting operation of multiple units.

The core components of a lead screw lifting platform include the lead screw, nut, motor, and reducer. The lead screw typically adopts high-precision ball screws or trapezoidal screws, with variations in diameter, pitch, and length depending on the application scenario. For instance, ball screws are chosen for high-precision positioning due to their high transmission efficiency, low friction, and long lifespan, while trapezoidal screws may be selected for applications requiring higher load capacity, as they feature a simple structure and lower manufacturing costs. The nut works in conjunction with the lead screw to achieve linear motion through internal or external circulation. The motor and reducer provide the driving force, enabling precise control over the platform's lifting speed and direction by adjusting the motor's rotational speed and direction.
