Main beam adopts Q345/T700 high strength manganese steel with three-layer welded design: top plate 12-16mm, middle plate 6-10mm, bottom plate 14-18mm, excellent bending & torsion resistance without deformation. 3mm anti-slip checkered steel platform avoids water accumulation and rust. Double-layer electrophoresis anti-corrosion paint adapts to coastal saline and construction site environment to extend service life.
2. Axle, Suspension & Running Gear
Standard 2/3pcs 13Ton FUWA or imported BPW axles for stable load bearing. Two suspension options: mechanical leaf spring suspension (ideal for mine & heavy stone haulage) and air suspension (shock absorption for container cargo protection). 12R22.5 tires with steel/aluminum rims, heat resistant and wear-proof for long-distance highway transport.
3. Container Lock & Standard Accessories
20ft version with 4 sets twist locks, 40/45ft version with 8 sets twist locks to firmly fix containers and prevent sliding. 28-ton two-speed landing gear provides stable parking support. Tool box (steel/aluminum optional) mounting reserved. Complete rear tail lights & reflective strips fully comply with national road legal standards.
