  • Structure & Working Principle: The conveyor consists of high-strength central troughs, explosion-proof drive units (motor + gearbox), sprocket assemblies, high-tensile scraper chains, and tail tensioning devices. The central trough is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with strong impact resistance; explosion-proof motors are suitable for flammable and explosive underground environments; scraper chains are made of high-tensile alloy steel with high tensile strength and long wear life.
The motor drives the gearbox to rotate the sprocket, which pulls the closed scraper chain to circulate inside the central trough. The scrapers push the materials along the trough, realizing continuous conveying. The equipment can be arranged horizontally, inclined in roadways with an angle of ≤25°, and some models support turning conveying in curved roadways.
