SD Series Bulldozer Idler Wheels

This series heavy-duty bulldozer idler wheel assembly is an essential undercarriage guiding component independently cast and processed by Shandong Hengji Group Co., Ltd., matching three mainstream Shantui crawler bulldozer models: SD16, SD22 and SD320. Our factory supports one-stop supply of full-size idler wheels to meet different construction and mining load demands.

We adopt high-toughness alloy cast steel as the wheel blank. The whole production process includes integral casting forming, rough machining, overall surface medium-frequency quenching, stress relief tempering, center hub precision boring, bearing chamber finishing, shot blasting rust removal and anti-corrosion yellow paint coating. The wheel rim contact surface reaches HRC 55-60 hardness after heat treatment, with strong anti-abrasion and anti-crack performance. Even under long-time harsh mining, rocky and muddy road conditions, it can effectively avoid rim wear, deformation and surface peeling.

Installed at the front end of bulldozer track frame, the idler wheel works together with the tension cylinder to control track tightness. Its smooth circular rim structure guides the track to operate stably, reduces track derailment risk during climbing and heavy pushing, and absorbs strong ground impact to protect track chains, rollers and drive sprockets, greatly extending the whole walking system service life by over 40% compared with ordinary thin-wall aftermarket idlers. Three specifications cover small, medium and large horsepower dozers for road construction, farmland reclamation and open-pit mining projects respectively.

All casting, heat treatment and precision machining procedures are completed in our self-owned full industrial chain workshops without outsourcing, ensuring consistent structural strength and stable mass delivery cycles for OEM bulk supporting orders.
