2. Material & Manufacturing Process
- Raw material: 40Cr / 20CrMnTi alloy steel, forged blank with compact internal structure for strong impact resistance.
- CNC turning, gear hobbing & shaving for high precision. Carburizing quenching and tempering heat treatment, tooth surface hardness HRC58-62.
- Precision grinding on inner bore and end faces to guarantee low tolerance, stable concentricity and low running noise.
