This sealed lubricated oil track is a high-quality replacement part for Komatsu, Caterpillar, Shantui bulldozers. Different from traditional dry tracks, it adopts fully enclosed structure with built-in oil chamber and floating oil seal, realizing permanent oil bath lubrication for pins and bushes. Made of 35MnBH alloy steel links, 40Cr pins and copper-steel composite bushes, it is processed via high-temperature forging and carburizing quenching, featuring high overall strength, excellent wear and impact resistance. Two types are available: standard version for earthwork and reinforced thick version for mining & rock conditions, suitable for various working sites. It runs with low noise and needs no frequent greasing, effectively reducing maintenance work and operating cost. Main specifications in stock: 38 sections for SD22, 41 sections for SD32/SD34.
