Power & Powertrain System This dump truck adopts SINOTRUK self-developed WD615 series 9.7L displacement inline six-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine. With 371 horsepower output and peak torque of 1350N·m at low speed, it delivers strong climbing performance and stable power output under full-load heavy haul conditions. The engine follows Euro 2 emission standard, with low fuel consumption, simple maintenance and excellent adaptability to inferior fuel from overseas mining areas. Matching HW19710 heavy-duty manual transmission with 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, the gear shift ratio is reasonably matched to realize smooth power transmission and outstanding off-road passing ability. ZF hydraulic power steering system reduces driving fatigue during long-hour operation.

Chassis & Bearing Structure 6×4 rear 8-wheel driving layout is adopted, with one steering front axle and two reinforced heavy-duty drive rear axles. The rear axle is equipped with heavy-duty differential lock, which effectively solves slipping problems on muddy, gravel and mine rough roads. The leaf spring suspension is thickened and widened, featuring strong shock absorption and anti-overload capacity to cope with harsh construction and mine road conditions. The frame is made of high-strength manganese steel through integral stamping, with strong torsion resistance and deformation resistance, ensuring long service life under frequent heavy loading. 12.00R20 deep-groove mining tires provide powerful grip and wear resistance.

Hydraulic Lifting & Cargo Box Equipped with middle front vertical hydraulic lifting cylinder, the lifting speed is fast and stable, with uniform force bearing during unloading to avoid cargo box tilting and deformation. The hydraulic pump and valve group are domestic mature brand parts, with low failure rate and convenient replacement of spare parts overseas. The cargo box is welded by high-strength wear-resistant steel plate: 8mm thick bottom plate and 6mm side plate, equipped with reinforced vertical stiffeners on the outer wall to prevent expansion and cracking under heavy material impact. The rear door adopts automatic locking mechanism, which opens automatically under hydraulic pushing during unloading without manual unlocking. The box size and volume can be customized according to customer’s transportation demand, optional side plate heightening, dust cover and rain shed structure.

Driving Cabin Configuration HW76 standard single sleeper cab with four-point floating shock absorption suspension, effectively filtering road bump vibration and improving driving comfort. The cab is equipped with independent air conditioner, adjustable shock-absorbing driver seat, large-angle rearview mirror with wide blind-spot vision, sun visor, air horn and integrated instrument panel.
