The driver’s seat is fitted with airbag shock absorption, which greatly reduces driving fatigue during long-distance transportation. The split large rearview mirror eliminates blind spots, ensuring clear observation of the rear cargo box and road conditions on both sides. The cab front is equipped with thickened anti-collision steel beam, which can effectively buffer impact in accidental collisions. Standard central door lock, electric lifting windows, rain shielding cover and warning light strips meet international road traffic safety standards. The U-shaped integrated tipper box is the mainstream configuration for mining and earthwork transportation. Compared with square boxes, U-type structure has no dead corners, and sand, ore and mud can slide down completely during unloading without residue. The box body uses wear-resistant manganese steel plates, the bottom plate thickness reaches 10mm and the side plate 8mm, resisting scratch and impact from hard stones. It adopts front single top hydraulic lifting cylinder, the lifting power is concentrated, the tipping angle can reach 47 degrees, the unloading speed is fast, greatly improving construction work efficiency. The hydraulic system is equipped with anti-leakage sealing components, and can maintain stable lifting operation under long-time continuous use. The side of the vehicle is equipped with red and white reflective anti-collision guardrails, and the rear part is provided with anti-collision baffle to prevent safety accidents during road driving. All metal parts of the box are treated with sandblasting rust removal + heavy anti-rust paint, adapting to humid, dusty and corrosive working environments overseas.
