The complete automatic baler wrapper set includes main machine, air compressor and transfer trolley. It integrates picking, conveying, hydraulic compression, automatic tying, multi-layer PE wrapping and film cutting & unloading. There are three models: small, medium and large with different power, efficiency, bale size and wrapping layers. All support dual power of motor and diesel engine. Sealed silage can be stored for 1-3 years through anaerobic fermentation. Suitable for corn stalk, forage, rice straw and alfalfa. Bulk export and full export document service are available for pastures and cooperatives.

  • Complete accessories, ready to use after unpacking
    The full set is equipped with baler main machine, high-pressure air compressor and bale transfer trolley without extra auxiliary parts. The trolley facilitates bale stacking, and the compressor provides stable air supply for pneumatic tying. Simple installation enables immediate silage production after delivery.
  • Full automatic workflow to cut labor cost
    The machine automatically picks scattered forage, conveys materials to hydraulic compression chamber, ties bales automatically, and transfers finished bales to wrapping station for multi-layer winding, with auto film cutting and unloading. Only one operator is required, eliminating manual sorting, wrapping and transfer work.
  • Multi-layer sealed wrapping keeps forage fresh for years
    Adjustable 2-6 wrapping layers isolate air, rain and mold, retaining nutrition via internal anaerobic fermentation. The storage life reaches 1-3 years, suitable for hot, humid and cold overseas farms, avoiding waste caused by open-air rotting.
  • Dual power of motor and diesel for off-grid areas
    Electric model is for fixed factory operation; diesel model works without external power supply, applicable to remote mountain and pastoral farms worldwide.
  • Three model sizes for all breeding scales
    Small set for individual growers and small family farms; medium set for mid-sized silage cooperatives; large set for large cattle & sheep farms with over 1000 livestock. Customers can select full sets according to production demands.
