Tractor mounted silage harvester complete set is mounted behind tractor via three-point hitch and driven by tractor PTO shaft. It integrates cutting, picking, conveying, high-speed chopping, corn grain crushing and high-position discharge with adjustable 10-50mm cutting length and 3.5-4.5m throwing height. Divided into small/medium/large models matching 50-80/100-140/160-200HP tractors, cutting width 1.2-2.5m, hourly capacity 2-12 tons. Suitable for large flat fields and medium & small pastures. No independent high-power engine needed, works with existing tractors to lower investment cost. Single set or bulk export available with full export document service.

  • 3-point hitch PTO drive, reuse existing tractor to cut investment
    Standard three-point hitch fits universal tractors, powered by tractor PTO shaft. No separate high-power self-propelled unit required, farmers can use existing tractors to lower equipment cost, with easier storage and transfer.
  • Double-disc row-free header with low harvest loss
    Front double rotary disc header harvests tall & short straws without row alignment. Crop divider arranges materials, wide feeding channel avoids blockage and reduces harvest loss, adaptable to uneven planting plots.
  • Integrated continuous operation, single-operator control
    Tractor pulls the machine to finish cutting, picking, conveying, chopping and grain crushing simultaneously. Rotatable high discharge pipe feeds silage directly into rear trailer, full automatic workflow only needs tractor driver.
  • Three sizes match different tractor HP for all farms
    Small model for 50-80HP small tractors, individual & small family farms; medium for 100-140HP common tractors, medium cooperatives & flat fields; large for 160-200HP heavy tractors, large planting bases & pastures for mass harvest.
  • Adjustable chop & throw parameters for diverse feeding needs
    10-50mm multi-speed chopping length fits cattle & sheep feeding demand. 3-4.5m adjustable throwing height matches different trailer heights. Built-in grain crushing roller fully breaks corn kernels to improve silage digestibility.
