Manual sand cleaning & deburring after casting, zero defects like air holes, sand holes and cracks. 100% flaw detection before delivery for stable quality.
2. Precision Machining Performance
Key bearing inner bore, flange mounting holes and end seal grooves are fully CNC boring processed. Mirror finishing on inner bore with tight tolerance ensures perfect bearing fit, no abnormal noise or overheating seizure during driving. One-time positioning machining for symmetric flange holes, good vehicle compatibility and easy assembly/disassembly.
3. Heavy-Duty Durable Structure Design
Multi-rib reinforced shell structure with upper & lower lubricating oil holes for axle grease pipeline. Thickened flange transition resists torsion under heavy bumpy mine & highway transport without cracking. Step sealing structure inside & outside cooperates with oil seal to block water & dust, extend bearing service life and reduce axle maintenance cost.
4. Vehicle Compatibility & Customization Service
Fit 3/4/5-axle flatbed, rear dump and box semi-trailers, compatible with 13/16Ton FUWA, BPW, LEAO mainstream axles. Custom mold casting available per customer axle drawings to adjust bore size, flange dimension and oil port.
