Twist Lock

The manual container twist lock is specially designed for skeleton semi-trailers and flatbed container transport vehicles, serving as a dedicated fixing lock for land-based container transportation.
The whole piece is integrally formed with thickened forged steel and coated with anti-rust red paint, featuring excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance, and compatible with standard 20GP/40GP containers.
The side lever rotates the conical lock core by 90 degrees to quickly lock and unlock the container box; the operation can be completed by a single person, enabling efficient and labor-saving loading and unloading.
The base is equipped with a standard mounting flange that can be directly welded to the trailer main beam. The lock core rotating shaft is fitted with fastening bolts for easy maintenance and lubrication in later use.
Widely adopted in port shuttle transport, inland trunk logistics and cross-border freight scenarios, it firmly secures containers to eliminate risks of sliding and overturning during transit and guarantee driving safety for freight transport.
