(1) Powertrain System

Weichai 371 large-displacement 6-cylinder diesel engine outputs high torque at low RPM, providing sufficient climbing power with full heavy container and mine tank load on mountain slopes and muddy rough roads without overheating or power attenuation. The engine has a simple structure without complex electronic components, ultra-low failure rate for long continuous heavy load operation, globally universal spare parts, maintenance service accessible at local ordinary repair shops.

Matched with 10-forward 2-reverse manual gearbox with gear ratio optimized for heavy load, smooth wear-resistant shifting avoids gear damage during full-load hill start. Equipped with 300-400L large-capacity aluminum fuel tank, one full fill supports ultra-long cross-border transport to reduce refuel stops and improve efficiency.

(2) Chassis & Brake System

6×4 3-axle 10-wheel layout, reinforced HF9 front steering axle + HC16 mine heavy-duty dual rear axles with thickened leaf springs to absorb bumps on gravel and pit roads and protect chassis components. All 12.00R20 mine vacuum tires with deep anti-slip tread prevent sideslip on rainy and muddy roads; all tires, brake pipelines and air tanks are replaced new before delivery.

Dual-circuit air brake with standard ABS anti-lock system suppresses brake heat fade and rollover risk during full-load downhill and high-speed cornering.
