产品详情
产品规格
  • Structure & Principle: The mill consists of a rotating horizontal cylinder lined with wear-resistant liners, grinding media (steel balls), feeding/discharging units, and a drive system. As the cylinder rotates, steel balls are lifted and then fall, impacting and grinding the material inside. Coarse grinding is done in the first chamber, followed by fine grinding in subsequent chambers to achieve the required particle size.
  • Key Advantages:
    • Both wet and dry grinding modes are available to suit different process requirements.
    • Rolling bearings replace traditional bushings, reducing friction and energy consumption, with stable operation and low noise.
    • High-quality wear-resistant liners and steel balls ensure long service life and low maintenance costs.
    • Optional variable frequency drive and automatic control system for flexible speed adjustment and continuous operation.
  • Applications: Mainly used for grinding iron ore, copper ore, gold ore and other metal ores in beneficiation plants, as well as for processing cement, glass, ceramics and other non-metallic materials.
Cylinder Size (Dia×Length)
2.1×3.0m / 2.7×4.5m / 3.2×4.5m (customizable)
Feed Size
≤25mm
