9T3873 complete tapered roller bearing assembly is specially matched for medium-sized Caterpillar excavator series 320B, 322B, 325B and 300B, manufactured fully compliant with Caterpillar OEM drawing dimensions. The full set consists of two split parts: inner roller assembly and independent bearing cup. It is installed on heavy-load support positions of excavator travel motors, swing bearings and axle transmissions. During heavy excavation, 360-degree continuous rotation and bumpy site driving, the bearing continuously bears single-direction axial thrust and ultra-heavy radial loads. The split structure enables flexible maintenance: worn or damaged inner roller assembly or bearing cup can be replaced separately instead of the whole bearing set, greatly cutting excavator maintenance downtime and construction operation losses of mines and infrastructure sites.

Every finished product passes full inspection on raceway hardness, internal clearance, dimensional tolerance and wear resistance before delivery. Installation steps:
  1. Thoroughly clean motor housing and drive shaft journal to remove hydraulic grease, sand and dust impurities;
  2. Press the inner roller assembly evenly onto the drive shaft journal first;
  3. Align and install the bearing cup, fasten positioning retaining ring evenly to limit axial displacement;
