Unlike conventional control valves, Utmost cryogenic control valves adopt double guiding structure for trim and stem extension, with the lower guide arranged under the valve seat. This structure delivers tighter reliable sealing and effectively lowers vibration. Besides, guides and trim can be easily replaced, and every worn component is replaceable separately.
The valve seat is firmly locked and fixed by the cage. The extended bonnet keeps packing working properly far away from cryogenic medium. Thin-wall design of thermal insulating column and bonnet extension minimizes heat conduction, and the extension length can be customized according to actual working conditions.
The simply structured valve seat and stem can be made of highly wear-resistant materials. The valve seat is reversible for double-side service; the plug is anti-vibration structured. Valve stems can be freely matched with plugs, and different material combinations are available for matching use.
