One-piece drawn cup needle structure without inner ring, using shaft directly as raceway to save installation space. Material & Manufacturing Technology

Needles and drawn outer cup are all made of Gcr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel, processed by precision stamping and integral quenching heat treatment for uniform hardness and superior anti-fatigue & wear resistance. Integral cage limits needles without offset or scattering during rotation, thin & compact structure with good dust & rust resistance for dusty, humid harsh mining site.
